This is a blend of 34% Chardonnay, 33% Pinot Gris, and 33% Riesling. This sumptuous blend rolls on to your palate with ripe peach and apricot flavors, ending with a luscious finish. Barrel-aged in neutral French oak for eight months.
The Bacchus Vineyard yields grapes that produce a wonderfully rich wine that is supple in texture with a nice acid balance. Fermented and aged in stainless steel, this crisp wine with a round mouth feel is packed with flavors of apricot and peach.
The grapes were hand-picked and then hand-sorted at the winery to ensure optimum quality. This multi-dimensional wine is full and concentrated with layers of stone fruit, nectarine, and lemon with hints of jasmine and peach.
